On-site Filming Procedure * Arrive 3 hrs before start of shoot or function to view or scout for possible filming positions * Discuss the best possible filming locations for cameramen with the client or function coordinator * Cameras are set up and tested 2hrs before start of event * Post Shoot – Editing requirements to be discussed with client * Editing and Authoring to be done in studio * Viewing copy to be shown to client for approval and sign off

For Videography at seminars, we can film the whole event from start to finish including the set up, décor and entertainment. Depending on our client's requirements we would film set up the day before, the entire event including all speeches and formalities as well as entertainment. Working closely together with the Sound and Lighting crew, Red Squirrel can also project the entire function onto big screens.

Recorded material is then edited and authored into a final DVD production that will include a Main menu and Scene selection page as well as a "Highlights Package" of the entire event.
